Is this like Uber and Lyft?
YES! It operates the exact same way but with luxury vehicles. Summon a ride and we will be there momentarily.

Are there recurring (weekly or monthly) charges for using Navigator?
Nope. You are only charged for the rides you take.

Are the Navigator and Town Car the same price.
Yes. We have only one pricing structure for all of our vehicles. We will only ever be in the deluxe transportation niche.

Is this more expensive than the other guys?
Nope. We are actually right on par of even slightly less expensive than they are.

How do I cancel a ride request?
If your driver has not arrived yet you may cancel a ride without a charge. You will see a Cancel Ride button in your Navigator App on the Pending Pickup screen. Just tap that button and follow the prompts. If your driver has arrived you will still be charged the base pickup fee of $15.

Can I have the same driver as last time?
The app will give you a option to select a previous driver during the Ride Request process. If that driver is unavailable it will tell you in the list of previous drivers. Select the driver you want or allow the App to select for you.

My ride didn’t show up, what do I do?
This is extremely rare but in the event it happens it is most likely that your driver could not locate you when they arrived. If you see a missed call in proximity to your pickup time that was your driver attempting to locate you. Please call that number and coordinate your pickup location.

Can I contact my driver?
Yes. When you request a ride the App will text you the drivers name and cell number. You can contact the driver at any time.

Do I need to tip?
Yes. A 15% gratuity is added to your total automatically. You will be send a notification to your app allowing you to increase the amount if you wish to.

Can I set a pickup time for the future?
Absolutely. Inside the app it will have a button for Ride Later. Just follow the prompts.

Will you add my city to the Navigator App?
That’s difficult to predict. Because of the deluxe only nature of our business model it is possible there may need be a substantial enough demand in all cities. If you would like to have us consider it please send an email to cities@navigatorapp.com and we will do an analysis.

Are pets allowed to ride with me?
We provide accommodation for Service Animals according to State Law. If you have your animal in a secure carrier we wouldn’t mind you traveling that way.

What about Long Trips?
We can definitely provide a long distance trip for you but there is something to consider.  A driver will have to make the return trip home so it is polite to limit the distance traveled to a maximum of 4 hours.

Selecting Payment Methods
You can select your method of payment before your ride begins and change it anytime during the ride. Once the ride commences you will be billed to your initial billing method and it will not be alterable.

What about Long Trips?
We can definitely provide a long distance trip for you but there is something to consider.  A driver will have to make the return trip home so it is polite to limit the distance traveled to a maximum of 4 hours.

Toll Roads
If you arrive at a Toll Road and a toll is required it will be paid in cash by your driver. The driver will then add that amount to your total through his/her Driver App. This amount will also be charged when your ride is complete as one total. In addition to the toll amount to your destination, your total might reflect the same toll charge on your drivers return trip. This may be billed as a separate charge.

Do you have Surge Pricing?
No. We keep the pricing at a flat rate all day and night. Any time you ride with us you will know exactly what to expect.
